In Fécamp, the big stained glass of the Abbey of Sainte-Trinité was inaugurated on Friday, July 12th, in the presence of Marie-Agnès Poussier-Winsback - Mayor of Fécamp, Régis Martin - Chief Architect of Historical Monuments, Emmanuel Pous - representative of the DRAC of Normandy (Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles de Basse-Normandie), representatives of OLVEA’s Philanthropic Fund as well as many elected representatives and personalities.
Illustrating the Holy Trinity, the big stained glass was exposed to prevailing winds, sea spray and rain, and had been extremely weakened by the weight of its metal structure. The restoration of this Stained Glass was therefore becoming very urgent. From now on, it has a double protective canopy.
