In 2013, OLVEA's Philanthropic Fund launched a sponsorship program for future post-secondary graduates. The selected bachelors obtained a participation in the financing of their first two years of higher education. To be able to be selected, the students, from the 3 high schools of Fécamp, had to: • To orient themselves in sectors turned towards the world of the private enterprise, • Be deserving for their academic achievements, • Having difficulty accessing higher education through their personal means. The purpose of this sponsorship is to help the emergence of future talents coming from Fécamp and its surroundings, likely to be the source of long-term job creation in this region. Since 2013, more than 40 students have been chosen and accompanied during their studies.
